yup, 100% free with a domain name....
I know there are many people who know this,
but still there are a lot of people who are unaware of this..
so here is the step by step basic procedure to create a website yourself..
It is kind of cool to have a website on ur name..
lets start...
Befor I start, there are few things that u should know about a website...
A website's name or u can call URL is called a domain..
ex:www.orkut.com, www.google.com...
There are many free sites which provide you with free sub-domain..
but sub-domains dont look professional...
Ex: yoursite.0fees.net, yoursite.tripod.com
Web Hosting: You need some place to keep your site's content and distribute it to people
who visit your site.
The place at which u upload/place your content is called web hosting.
There are numerous web hosting sites aroung.
Bandwidth: many free web hosting sites have a bandwidth limit per month...
Bandwidth is the limit of data or content a site can distribute over the net...
If u exceed the bandwidth limit, ur site will be unavailable for the rst of the month...
Now lets go to the real thing...

After registering there..they will provide u with a sub domain but why would we use it,
we are lookin for a free domain ;)
Step 2: Now you have to register your free domain name..
you can even keep your own name as the domain..
Ex: Srikar-coolchap.co.cc etc
here are the list of very few free domain hosts(that I know)
co.cc co.cc is the best free domain hosting service I've ever come across..
it gives you full DNS controls and it also provides free URL redirection
The best part about this service is you can get 2 free domains from one account..
The registration process is very simple.

Next is www.c-o.inC-O.IN is a cost free and Ad free URL redirection service allowing anyone with a website to register a free subdomain and redirect it to their real URL
the available names are
* yourname.c-o.in
* yourname.c-o.cc
* yourname.coz.in
* yourname.cq.bzco.nr
That is Free of co.nr free domain name. Plus No ads at all, free URL redirection (free URL forwarding), free URL cloaking & masking, path forwarding. - Free short url redirect!
However you must link back to their website on the first page of your website.
In the above free domain services, forget about the last two...
co.cc is the best one...
Just go over there and register your free domain...
after registering there, just login to your account and click on GETTING A NEW DOMAIN on the top...
after that step, u will see a message like this..
Please set up the domain in 48 hours.If not, we will cancel the registration.
(Domain Settings -> Manage Domain -> Select your domain -> Set Up)
click on set up button and minimise the page...
now open ur web hosting account, and click on something which reads like domains/addon domains
click on it(names and menu styles change with different web hosting sites, but the domains many you can find very easily)
There enter your domain name and click ok or whatever option is given there...

thats it, now just wait for few hours untill ur domain is accepted...
In the meanwhile, you can add your stuff for ur new website...
Just go to your web hosting profile..
There goto-->file manager--> your site directory...
Just upload ur stuff there and save it...
There are many free web designing tools that are available to build ur site..
Just download one of them and now ur a website owner...
